Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to support the company’s recruitment efforts, administrative activities, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a working knowledge of MS Excel, and a positive attitude towards learning and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and on boarding). * Maintain and update employee records and databases. * Support day-to-day HR and administrative tasks. * Handle attendance, leave tracking, and employee queries. * Coordinate with different departments and sites for HR-related support. * Assist in compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. * Prepare HR reports and documentation as required. * Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA in HR or equivalent preferred). * 0–6 months of experience in HR/Admin (internships included). * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel. * Familiarity with HR processes and compliance will be an advantage.
