Key Competencies and Skills Required: * Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) * Interest in water and wastewater treatment processes (ETP, STP, WTP, RO) * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team Job Duties and Responsibilities (with training): * Learn to read and understand technical drawings related to ETP, WTP, RO, and STP. * Assist in basic process design and instrumentation understanding. * Support senior team members in managing on-site activities and operators. * Participate in lab testing for water and wastewater parameters. * Assist with documentation and compliance reporting. * Help monitor parameters such as COD, BOD, TDS, TSS, pH, DO, etc. * Provide support in troubleshooting with guidance. * Participate in client reporting and coordination tasks. Education: Degree in Biotechnology / B.Sc / M.Sc / Environmental Science / b.tech Mechanical or related fields.
