Role Overview

As an HR Executive, you’ll be an essential part of our team, managing recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, have strong communication skills, and are eager to learn the fundamentals of human resource management in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Support daily HR operations and handle documentation efficiently.
• Help develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and standard practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure all HR processes are handled professionally.

Requirements

• Qualification: Open to candidates from any educational background.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome).

Skills:

• Good English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of MS Office and documentation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
