Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Prepare and update HR policies, offer letters, and employment contracts.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
  • Coordinate training, orientation, and development programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and support a positive work culture.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with the accounts team.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR standards.
  • Assist management in performance review processes and HR reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
