HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Utilize job portals for sourcing and validating potential candidates.
• Prepare engaging and accurate content for job postings.
• Oversee and manage employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
• Provide support in employee relations and talent development initiatives.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Effective convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources (BBA, MBA, or equivalent).
