Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
  • Support employee development and training programs.
  • Handle employee queries and maintain HR documentation.
  • Oversee performance reviews and employee evaluations.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and foster positive employee relations.

Training Period:

  • 2 months of training to learn company HR policies and procedures(Based on communication skills training period will be reduced)
  • No Salary paid in Training Period

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Previous experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,360.71 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
