Job Description

Job Summary: Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies. Support employee development and training programs. Handle employee queries and maintain HR documentation. Oversee performance reviews and employee evaluations. Manage disciplinary actions and foster positive employee relations. Training Period: 2 months of training to learn company HR policies and procedures(Based on communication skills training period will be reduced) No Salary paid in Training Period Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Previous experience as an HR Executive or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,360.71 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: HR: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
