Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to manage our human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing employees, as well as managing employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Develop and implement training programs
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Administer benefits and compensation programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Analyze HR metrics and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
