HR Executive

Role Overview: As a Human Resource Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff. You will also maintain employee records, handle onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities, and draft HR policies, job descriptions, and employment contracts. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies, address employee grievances, and support a healthy work culture. Collaboration with management on performance appraisals and feedback will also be a part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff - Maintain employee records and ensure HR database accuracy - Handle onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities - Draft HR policies, job descriptions, and employment contracts - Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies - Address employee grievances and support a healthy work culture - Organize staff meetings, workshops, and training programs - Collaborate with management on performance appraisals and feedback Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management or related field - Minimum 3-4 years of HR experience (preferably in the education sector) - Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and compliance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR software - Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully Please note that the mentioned benefits include a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month, a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and exposure to the fast-growing education ecosystem.,
