Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to manage human resource functions in a factory environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with payroll processing, statutory compliance, and labor law adherence, while also supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and contractor workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:1. Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Manage and process monthly payroll for workers and staff (on-roll and contractual).
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift scheduling using HRMS or manual systems.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursements and related reports.

2. Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws such as:
  • Factories Act
  • Minimum Wages Act
  • Payment of Wages Act
  • PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory requirements.
  • Filing of returns (PF, ESI, LWF, etc.) on time.
  • Liaise with labor inspectors and government officials during audits or inspections.
  • Maintain statutory registers and records as per legal norms.

3. Contractor & Manpower Management

  • Coordinate with manpower agencies for deployment of contractual labor.
  • Monitor contractor compliance (wages, PF/ESI, contract agreements, etc.).
  • Ensure proper documentation and onboarding of contract labor.

4. Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary procedures.
  • Promote a positive and safe working environment.
  • Implement employee welfare activities and engagement programs.
  • Conduct HR inductions for new joiners.

5. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
  • Support recruitment drives for workers and factory staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR / Industrial Relations / Labor Studies)
  • 3–4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software or Excel-based payroll.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle factory-level HR functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
