As a member of the HR team at bimgrafX, your role will involve various responsibilities to ensure the recruitment, onboarding, coordination, and employee engagement processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals, social media, and employee referrals. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions. - Ensure a positive candidate experience during the onboarding process. - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. - Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment cycle. - Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities. - Support HR team efforts to foster a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding processes. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in ATS, job portals, and MS Office Suite. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. bimgrafX is a leading provider of digital design & construction services in the AEC industry worldwide.
