Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and executing various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, HR policy implementation, and compliance. This role plays a critical part in creating a positive employee experience and maintaining an effective workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and candidate specifications.
  • Post job openings on appropriate platforms and screen resumes.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds.
  • Manage onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and orientation.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
  • Foster a positive work environment through regular engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and ensure accuracy in documentation.

4. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in audits and prepare documentation for legal or statutory requirements.
  • Help develop and enforce company policies and procedures.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs through regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR role preferred.
  • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS platforms.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

  • English (Preferred)
