In Depth knowledge of employee attendance & leave management
Implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
Expertise in sourcing potential candidates through various channels - career portals, recruitment sites, job boards & social platforms
Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Understanding of onboarding & Exit process and employee documentation
Competent in organizing and managing employee engagement programs
Experience in handling employee queries regarding HR Department & HR Policy
To create positive image of the company amongst employees and act as interface between Management and staff
Proficient in Vendor Management, Bills & Utility and office troubleshooting
Build positive reviews of the company on relevant online platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
