Position

HR Executive

Position Purpose

To join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures. To be successful in this role, person should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Also, to create strong talent pipelines for our companys current and future hiring needs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Identify and refine the most suitable talent from available candidates
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible
  • Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios, and references
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline

Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

Job Specific skills

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Experienced in managing bulk-hiring
  • Must have worked and managed banking recruitment
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

KRA’s

Recruitment

  • Efficiently manage the recruitment of Average Turnaround Time (TAT) from receiving the mandate to releasing the offer letter.
  • Calculation and completeness of information for Offer Approval, without any errors.
  • Offer to be within replacement cost or Budgeted value for new positions.
  • Keep tracking record of requirement and deployment within a days’ time.
  • Ensuring minimum numbers of backout.

Team Co – ordination (PAN India)

  • Understand the hiring needs from the regional heads.
  • Conduct interviews of the shortlisted Candidates with Regional heads.
  • Collect Candidates Documents for CRM creation & documentation.

MIS

  • Any other Data/MIS requirement basis function/manpower requirements.
  • Maintain Recruitment Tracker on Daily basis.
