• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of
recruiting plans and implementation

Qualifications and Skills
- Must have Bachelors degree in Human Resource.
- Self-starter with a focus on getting things done with the resources available
- Must have experience in IT Recruitment
- Some consulting experience will be very valuable
