Job Description

HR Executive (Operations & Recruitment)

About the Role:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical rounds.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and selection.
Maintain candidate databases and follow up until onboarding.

HR Operations:

Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files).
Support daily HR activities and handle employee queries.
Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR announcements.
Help maintain HR MIS reports and compliance-related documents.

General Admin/Coordination:

Support basic HR admin tasks as assigned.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree (MBA HR preferred, but not mandatory).
0–3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment.
