Profile - HR Executive

Experience - 1 to 3 yrs

Salary - 25000 k in hand

Location - Goregaon

Key responsibility

Manage end-to-end recruitment for international roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, headhunting, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews and manage communications between candidates and international clients.
Coordinate with overseas placement agencies and ensure documentation as per country-specific norms.
Stay updated on global recruitment trends, immigration requirements, and labor laws.
Track and report key metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the employer brand internationally.
