About the Role:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end to end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and taking and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and induction for new hires.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and performance appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidates from IT and software industry are preferable.

  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, JIRA or other software ).
  • Spoken fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
