Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

Post daily job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for different job roles.
Conduct and coordinate the first round of interviews (telephonic/video).
Schedule interviews with department heads and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring reports.

2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

Manage onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and induction.
Create and maintain employee records and HR databases.

3. Employee Exit Management

Handle employee terminations and resignations as per company policy.
Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlements.

4. HR Operations & Administration

Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data sheets.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Support management in workforce planning and team coordination.

5. Employee Relations

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
Help maintain a positive and productive workplace environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum
1 year of experience
in HR operations and recruitment.
Hands-on experience with hiring, firing, and conducting first-round interviews.
Knowledge of job portals, hiring tools, and HR software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage daily HR activities efficiently.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
