Job Title: HR Executive (Talent Acquisition & Learning & Development)

Job Summary:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Collect salary documents of shortlisted candidates for offer process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

2. Learning & Development

Identify training needs through performance evaluations and skill gap analysis.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.
Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
Support development and implementation of employee engagement activities.

3. General HR Support

Maintain recruitment and training MIS reports and presentation.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to recruitment and learning.
Assist in HR policy implementation and employee communications.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong
negotiation
and
persuasion
skills.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
Familiarity with training coordination and L&D practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
