and Roles and Responsibilities Shall be responsible for Maintaining HR related records Should be a able to Communicate with the Employees at all levels /Other stake holders and company executives as per the job requirements. Should be able to do correspondence independently pertaining to the HR related Requirements. Shall be able to submit the MIS data as required and coordinate with various Departmentsas per HR related matters. Shall Maintain proper records/ assist the Concerned officials so as to ensure Statutory compliances. Any other job/assignment given from time to time.
