Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Managing payroll processing, employee benefits, and other related administrative tasks.
  • MIS Reporting.
  • Assisting with performance appraisals.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels and build relationships to boost employee morale and engagement, fostering a positive and productive workplacce Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the university's goals.
  • Managing employee joining & separation processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with the degree of MBA (HR) & having 2-5 years of experience from the Education sector will be preferred.
