About the Role

HR Executive

This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who values structure, communication, and effective people management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete hiring process, from posting job openings to onboarding new team members.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Manage salary processing and ensure timely payouts.
  • Collaborate with management on performance tracking and employee engagement.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.


Compensation

  • Probation (First 4 Months):

    ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
  • Post-Probation (Full-Time Package):

    ₹3.5 LPA


Requirements

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in HR or recruitment-related roles.
  • Strong

    communication

    and

    organizational

    skills.
  • Comfortable working on-site,

    6 days a week (11:00 AM – 8:15 PM)

    .
