We’re Hiring: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

About the Role

HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

Drive
bulk hiring initiatives
through partnerships with colleges & institutions across Kolkata.
Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage follow-ups, and oversee onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate records of hiring activity and daily recruitment reports.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR specialization preferred).
Freshers or candidates with up to
1 year of HR/recruitment experience
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with occasional travel for college drives.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets.
