Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and administrative tasks. The HR Executive will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees. 2. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure documentation compliance. 3. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. 4. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. 5. Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities, events, and training programs. 6. Administer leave and attendance records and ensure accurate payroll inputs. 7. Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies. 8. Prepare HR reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal use. 9. Support the performance appraisal and employee feedback processes. 10. Foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and collaboration across teams. Skills Required & Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (executive or generalist preferred). 3. Good knowledge of HR processes and employment laws. 4. Proficiency in MS Office, AI tools and Recruitment tools. 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 6. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. 7. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
