HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive / Sr. Excecutive
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat
Department: Human Resources
Experience: 2 Years
Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR) / MHRM or equivalent
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and company policy)

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, references, and consultants.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and complete joining formalities.
• Conduct employee induction and maintain personnel files.
• Attendance and Payroll Support
• Maintain daily attendance, leave, and overtime records.
• Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT).
• Handle employee queries related to salary slips, leaves, and HR policies.
• Employee Relations and Welfare
• Support HR initiatives for employee engagement and motivation.
• Manage grievance handling and discipline as per company policy.
• Organize welfare activities, training sessions, and celebrations.
• Statutory Compliance and Documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory act, and HR records.
• Prepare monthly reports for management review (attrition, new joiners, headcount).
• Assist in audits and inspections from statutory authorities.
• Administrative Coordination
• Support administration in managing housekeeping, security, and office assets.
• Coordinate with vendors for HR or admin services.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
• Understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity).
• Proactive, organized, and people-oriented.
