Job Summary: 7heven Retail Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily HR operations including recruitment, documentation, attendance management, and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling * Hire for Pan India store-level positions through social media and other recruitment platforms * Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation * Support onboarding processes and joining formalities * Help with payroll coordination and general admin support * Address employee queries and assist with internal communication * Coordinate daily HR activities and assist the HR Manager Requirements: * Graduate in any stream  * Min 1 years of experience in HR or administrative roles * Strong communication skills (verbal and written) * Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel * Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented * Comfortable using social media platforms for recruitment About 7heven A fast-growing retail brand with stores across India, known for its vibrant culture and dynamic team environment.
