Key Responsibilities: Provide efficient and timely support to clients regarding products, services, or operations. Resolve client queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Deliver training sessions to staff on store operations, software usage, and customer service. Maintain accurate data and reports using Google Sheets and basic Excel. Ensure smooth communication between the store team and clients. Utilize in-depth grocery store knowledge to guide staff and support clients effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a grocery store or supermarket environment is mandatory. Strong understanding of grocery retail operations, inventory, and customer handling. Good knowledge of Google Sheets and basic Excel. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to train, guide, and support team members. Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach.
