Position Overview The Grocery Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the grocery segment, driving revenue growth, managing distribution channels, developing new markets, and ensuring strong retail presence for AGRIVE Group’s grocery products. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and strong market understanding. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales Management Achieve monthly and yearly grocery sales targets. Manage and expand the distribution network across regions. Monitor product performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Implement sales strategies to drive retail and wholesale growth. B. Market Expansion & Business Development Identify new sales opportunities in grocery markets. Develop relationships with retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and distributors. Conduct market visits regularly to analyze product placement and pricing. C. Team Leadership Lead and manage the sales team, promoters, and field executives. Provide training and guidance to improve team performance. Assign targets, track performance, and ensure timely reporting. D. Customer & Channel Management Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients. Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly. Negotiate rates, promotions, schemes, and credit terms when required. E. Reporting & Coordination Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management. Minimum Education & Experience RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory) in: Business Administration Marketing / Sales Or any related field MBA (Preferred but not mandatory) in Sales or Marketing. Experience: 2 to 7 years of experience in grocery sales or FMCG industry. Must have experience handling retail and wholesale markets. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new international markets to expand the company’s global footprint. Generate and convert leads into new business partnerships. B. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
