Job Title:

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
  • Manage

    Payroll processing

    and ensure statutory compliances.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support performance appraisal and talent management processes.
  • Resolve employee queries related to policies, attendance, and payroll.
  • Assist in training & development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of

    Payroll systems

    and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office and HR-related software

    .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to multitask.
  • Exposure to HR practices in the

    manufacturing industry

    preferred.
