Job Title: HR Executive Experience Required: 1-5 Years Industry: Manufacturing Location: Alwar Rajasthan Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities. Manage Payroll processing and ensure statutory compliances. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Support performance appraisal and talent management processes. Resolve employee queries related to policies, attendance, and payroll. Assist in training & development initiatives. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR functioning. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Payroll systems and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software . Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving attitude with the ability to multitask. Exposure to HR practices in the manufacturing industry preferred.
