📌 Job Title: ER-HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive ER-HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will handle employee relations, grievance management, and ensure a positive work environment aligned with company policies and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a timely and professional manner.

Support HR in disciplinary actions, performance counseling, and investigations.

Maintain records of employee issues, warnings, and actions taken.

Conduct regular employee engagement activities to promote morale and culture.

Support new hire orientation and HR onboarding processes.

Ensure HR policies are followed and assist in policy updates when required.

Prepare reports related to ER issues, attrition, and engagement.

Liaise with operations and HR teams for smooth workforce management.

Monitor absenteeism, support exit interviews, and analyze attrition trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR or Employee Relations role in a BPO environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English, Hindi; a regional language is a plus).

Good knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance.

Ability to handle sensitive situations confidentially.

Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
