New setup (Ready made garments 🔹 Human Resource Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory workers, staff, and management Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, labor laws) Implement HR policies, handle grievances, and maintain discipline on the shop floor Oversee training & development programs for workers and staff Coordinate welfare activities and drive employee engagement Prepare documentation for audits and ensure POSH and safety compliance 🔹 Marketing Responsibilities:Identify and approach new domestic/export clients (brands, buyers, agents) Develop marketing strategies to promote products (knit/woven/denim/apparel) Coordinate with sampling, design, and merchandising teams for client needs Participate in trade shows, buyer meetings, and digital marketing efforts Build long-term relationships with buyers and generate repeat orders Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine strategies Assist with pricing, costings, and order negotiations
