Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and energetic HR cum CRM professional to manage day-to-day HR tasks while also handling customer communication and support. This dual role is essential in ensuring smooth internal operations and strong client relationships across our shrimp feed supplement business. HR Job Role · Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance. · Manage daily attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination. · Support employee engagement, documentation, and compliance activities. CRM Job Role Communicate with farmers, clients, and distributors regarding product queries and follow-ups. Maintain client data, feedback, and updates in CRM software (Odoo preferred). Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly. Follow up on orders, product usage, and satisfaction levels.
