HR cum Counselor

Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing positions, gathering interview feedback, shortlisting candidates, and facilitating the offer acceptance process. Your role will involve handling end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with clients to manage positions effectively - Gather interview feedback and shortlist candidates - Facilitate the offer acceptance process - Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their work exposure - Conduct first-round telephonic interviews to analyze candidates" profiles - Provide clear information to candidates about the offered roles - Arrange interviews through various methods such as telephonic, walk-in, and video conferencing - Coordinate schedules with the HR department - Maintain continuous follow-ups with candidates until successful placement is achieved - Identify the skills, interests, and career goals of prospective candidates - Counsel both students and parents about admission procedures and requirements Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in recruitment or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to assess candidates effectively - Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes - Counseling skills for guiding candidates and parents - Ability to coordinate interviews and schedules efficiently Please Note: This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, a fixed day shift schedule, yearly bonus, and an in-person work location.
