HR cum Counselor

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with clients to manage positions, gather interview feedback, shortlist candidates, and facilitate the offer acceptance process. Your role will involve handling end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, which include sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates. You will conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their work exposure and ensure the best fit for the available positions. Additionally, you will conduct first-round telephonic interviews to analyze candidates" profiles and determine their suitability for the client's requirements. Providing clear information to candidates about the offered roles will also be part of your responsibilities. Arranging interviews through various methods such as telephonic, walk-in, and video conferencing, while coordinating schedules with the HR department, will be essential. Maintaining continuous follow-ups with candidates until their successful placement is achieved is crucial to the role. Furthermore, you will be required to identify the skills, interests, and career goals of prospective candidates, as well as counsel both students and parents about admission procedures and requirements.
