HR cum Counselor

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with the client for the positions, interview feedback, and shortlisting and after selection for acceptance of offer and final placement.
• Handling end to end recruitment and selection activities involves (Sourcing , screening, coordinating, organizing interviews and follow ups)
• Conduct initial screening of candidates by focusing on work exposure and ensure delivery of best fitments for the positions.
• Take the interview first round telephonically and analyse the candidate's profile and determine suitability for client’s requirement.
• Giving clarity to the candidate about the role offered.
• Arranging interviews telephonically, walk-in and through Video conferencing by taking schedules from the concerned HR.
• Maintaining a continuous follow up till the candidate is placed.
• Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students.
• Counsel prospective students and parents about admission procedures and requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
