As an experienced HR & Admin Executive in the Edtech industry, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end HR cycle, from sourcing and onboarding to employee operations management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Implement HR policies, role definitions, and organizational planning to improve workforce efficiency. - Oversee HR compliance, labour laws, and company policies to ensure smooth functioning. - Maintain HRMS software and optimize automation for HR operations. - Coordinate office administration tasks and vendor management for smooth daily operations. - Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to build a strong work culture. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - 1-3 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably in an Edtech startup. - Hands-on experience with HRMS tools such as Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, etc. - Strong knowledge of hiring strategies, employee operations, and HR compliance. - Ability to plan HR strategies and define roles independently. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
