HR CUM ACCOUNTANT (GST)

As an HR cum Accountant at our company, you will be responsible for handling both financial and HR operations. Your role will require you to be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy. It is essential that you possess strong communication skills, maintain confidentiality, and have proficiency in accounting/HR tools. **Responsibilities:** - **Accounting Tasks** - Reconcile bank statements and review daily financial transactions. - Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Prepare and file tax returns; ensure compliance with financial regulations. - Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash-flow monitoring. - Coordinate with auditors and assist during financial audits. - Track office expenses and maintain accurate financial data. - **HR & Administrative Tasks** - Support employee relations, attendance tracking, and HR documentation. - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally. - Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries. - Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. **Skills & Requirements:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, accounting, or a combined HR-accounts role. - Software Knowledge: Zoho Books, Zoho People, and Microsoft Excel. - Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. - Accuracy, attention to detail, and a problem-solving approach.
