Role & responsibilities Resolution of stressed and special situation assets which involve business analysis study of company potential, industry and management risk, business and financial restructuring. Monitoring of early warning signals, cashflows, operational and financial performance of allocated portfolio. Review of credit files/ security documentation taking corrective actions in case of any discrepancies. Interacting with all stakeholders including company officials, other lenders, internal stake holders to ensure timely and appropriate implementation of banks strategy wrt to allocated portfolio.
