Job Title: 3D Visualizer Location: Kozhikode, Kerala Job Type: Full-time | On-site Experience Required: 1–2 years Job Description: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of professional experience in creating high-quality 3D renders and visualizations for architectural and interior design projects. Key Responsibilities: Create photorealistic 3D renderings of architectural and interior design concepts Interpret 2D drawings and sketches to build accurate 3D models Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements Manage and organize visualization assets, textures, and materials Ensure timely delivery of visual content for presentations and client approvals Revise and update visuals based on feedback Requirements: 1–2 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in an architecture or design firm Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and AutoCAD Strong knowledge of materials, lighting, and rendering techniques Good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field Experience with animation or walkthroughs is a plus Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
