As an Executive Assistant, your role will involve providing executive-level administrative support, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings effectively. You will be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Acting as a liaison between employees and management, you will ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations will be crucial. Your responsibilities will also include planning and executing company events, meetings, and HR initiatives while handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Provide executive-level administrative support - Manage schedules and coordinate meetings - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings - Coordinate HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management - Act as a liaison between employees and management - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Plan and execute company events, meetings, and HR initiatives - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience as an executive assistant, HR manager, or in a similar role - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity You will need to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, recruitment, employee relations, time management, event planning, multitasking, and communication. This is a full-time position with a benefit of cell phone reimbursement. The work location is in person.
