As a part of the HR team at Hotpack, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of job descriptions, appointment letters, probation coordination, performance reviews, employee satisfaction surveys, data management, reporting, communication, and support. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating and updating job descriptions for new and existing staff members. - Preparing appointment letters and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed for new hires. - Tracking and monitoring employees' probation periods. - Coordinating with managers for probation performance reviews and issuing end-of-probation letters based on feedback. - Assisting in organizing and coordinating periodic performance reviews. - Designing and administering employee satisfaction surveys, compiling results, and preparing reports for analysis and action planning. - Compiling and maintaining employee data in Excel spreadsheets, generating reports, and presentations related to HR activities. - Acting as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers, providing administrative support to the HR department as required. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
