Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing executive-level administrative support to the management team. Your duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports and presentations for executive meetings. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of issues. You will also be involved in coordinating HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will plan and execute company events, meetings, and HR initiatives while handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Provide executive-level administrative support - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents - Coordinate HR activities such as recruitment and training - Act as a liaison between employees and management - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulations - Plan and execute company events, meetings, and HR initiatives - Handle confidential information with discretion Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience in an executive assistant, HR manager, or similar role - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity As an additional detail, the company offers cell phone reimbursement as a benefit.
