HR Coordinator Intern

Role Overview:

As an HR Coordinator Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our HR, student relations, and placement functions. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to HR operations, recruitment, student success, and coordination in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a mediator between trainers and students to address and resolve queries.
• Manage student data, maintain attendance records, and prepare weekly reports.
• Handle calls, follow-ups, and other administrative coordination tasks.
• Assist in recruitment by sourcing trainers on different platforms and supporting interview processes.
• Conduct HR rounds and facilitate group discussions for soft-skill training.
• Support placement activities by researching companies on LinkedIn, identifying vacancies, and connecting with recruiters.
• Guide students with CV building and interview preparation.
• Contribute to research work that supports company growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (preferred fields: HR, Management, Psychology, or related).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and data management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms is a plus.
