We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Coordination Officer to support our HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of people processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
• Assist in onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll coordination.
• Coordinate performance reviews, student/faculty feedback collection, and evaluation reports.
• Support freelance and in-house faculty engagement and maintain their records.
• Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed across branches and departments.
• Organize training programs, workshops, and team-building activities.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Generate HR reports and assist management in decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (education/training sector preferred).
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
