As a HR Coordination Officer at BEAT Educations, your role will involve coordinating various HR activities to support the smooth functioning of people processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up. - Assist in conducting onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires. - Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation. - Coordinate performance reviews, student/faculty feedback collection, and evaluation reports. - Support freelance and in-house faculty engagement and maintain their records. - Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance across branches and departments. - Organize training programs, workshops, and team-building activities. - Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns. - Generate HR reports and provide assistance to management in decision-making processes. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the education/training sector. - Strong coordination and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
