HR Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Statutory Compliance

• Manage

  client-specific compliance requirements

  , including documentation, audits, reports, and periodic submissions in collaboration with a Compliance Partner.
• Manage

  monthly statutory compliance

  requirements as per labor laws.
• Prepare and file

  yearly statutory returns

  .
• Ensure

  client compliance

  under the

  Shops and Establishments Act

  and other applicable labor regulations.
• Act as a point of contact for

  client compliance audits and reviews

  .
• Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and compliance partners as required.

Payroll & HRMS Management

• Process monthly payroll using

  GreytHR

  , ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
• Maintain and regularly update employee data in the

  HRMS

  .
• Manage

  leave and attendance

  records and reconcile payroll inputs.

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage

  employee onboarding and exit processes

  , including documentation, system updates, and full & final settlements.
• Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, and exit documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in

  HR statutory compliance,

  operations and payroll.

• Hands-on experience with

  GreytHR

  payroll and HRMS.
• Strong knowledge of

  PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act

  , and other labor laws.
• Experience in managing

  monthly and annual statutory returns

  .
• Good understanding of

  leave and attendance systems

  .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in HR Labor Compliance and Operations.
• Experience working in a

  consulting or multi-client environment

  is an added advantage.
