JOB PROFILES FOR HR Cum Compliance Executive - Delhi Office (Male candidate) :-

Ø Excellent knowledge of various HR and Compliance functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, on boarding, evaluation, training & development , wages , ESI/EPF ,Labour law etc.., in depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulation

Ø Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget.

Ø Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping

Ø An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations

Ø Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel with Advance Excel

Ø Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ø Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures

Ø Strong ethical standards

Ø Good understanding of labor laws

Ø Adhere to laws and regulations

Ø Bachelor’s degree in HR and Compliance related field certified professional

Ø At least 7 to 10 years of experience as an HR cum Compliance Manager
