Role Overview

Career Associate

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, research, and project coordination — and wants to learn how career strategy, branding, and hiring work at leadership levels.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination

  • Be the point of contact for assigned clients — keep them informed and updated on progress.
  • Understand each client’s background and goals to support the senior advisor in planning their career strategy.
  • Collect and organize information needed by the resume and content teams.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the

    Resume Team

    to ensure the client’s profile reflects their achievements and aspirations.
  • Coordinate with the

    Content Team

    to plan LinkedIn posts and manage client visibility.
  • Follow up on timelines and ensure smooth delivery across all teams.

Job Research & Market Mapping

  • Research

    relevant job openings

    that fit the client’s background and preferences.
  • Track leadership job opportunities across industries and locations.
  • Maintain a database of job descriptions and company insights.

LinkedIn Support

  • Help manage or schedule client content on LinkedIn.
  • Track engagement and suggest small improvements to increase visibility.

What You’ll Learn

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in

    HR, recruitment coordination, client servicing, content management, or research roles

    . (Fresh graduates are welcome!)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong research and organization ability.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Curiosity to learn about careers, leadership hiring, and personal branding.
